Terms and Conditions

Ready to ship pieces are available for dispatch within 2 working days.

Made to order items will be dispatched within 3-6 weeks, depending on complexity of design.

If you would like an item for a special occasion or a particular date, please let us know prior to ordering at hello@siataylor.com and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Gift vouchers are sent with Royal Mail, so may take 1-2 weeks to arrive outside of the UK. You will also receive a digital gift voucher (PDF) via email after checkout for immediate download.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue and are only redeemable on www.siataylor.com. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

If you return any products you have purchased using a gift voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a new voucher to be redeemed against future purchases.

Please note: taxes and import duties do not apply to purchase of gift vouchers.

Each piece of jewellery is packaged in a branded Sia Taylor box and wrapped in a beautiful cotton pouch, made locally in Somerset.

For discreet shipping your package will be posted in an unbranded external envelope.

If you are ordering as a ‘gift’ during the checkout process, please add your gift message in the notes section and we will make sure to include this in your order.

Please note – All stated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Within the UK

Shipping is free of charge within the UK, except for sale items for which shipping will cost £10.

Orders over £200 will be dispatched fully insured by Royal Mail Special Delivery and should arrive the next day by 1pm - please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel on delivery.

Orders under £200 will be sent by Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class Delivery - please be aware the parcel will need to be signed for on delivery.

A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

International (Excluding USA)

Shipping cost £45

International orders will be dispatched using a fully insured priority courier service with DHL and normally take 1-7 days for delivery. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Orders shipping Internationally will have the UK VAT removed at checkout. Please note that our shipping charge only includes delivery; therefore, International customers will be responsible for all import duties and local taxes on the arrival at destination. DHL will contact you via email or text.

If your country is not listed please contact us to make arrangements.

Please note that we cannot deliver to any PO BOX addresses or to private addresses in Russia.

USA

Shipping cost £45

Orders will be dispatched to the USA using a fully insured priority courier service with DHL and normally take 2-7 days for delivery. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

We now deliver orders to the USA with import taxes and fees included in the price.

International jewellery orders (excluding USA) will have the UK VAT removed at checkout. Please note that our shipping charge only includes delivery; therefore, international customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes on the arrival at destination. Taxes and import duties do not apply to purchase of gift vouchers.

NB. We now deliver orders to the USA with import taxes and fees included in the price.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at hello@siataylor.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return (please quote your order number in the email title). We must receive your return within 28 days of the delivery date.

All returned jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition, complete with all packaging to receive a refund for your jewellery.

Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

If a promotional discount was applied to your order, the same discount will be applied when calculating your refund, such that the amount refunded will reflect the actual price you paid for the jewellery.

We are unable to accept responsibility for return shipping costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend using a fully insured trackable delivery as Sia Taylor Ltd will not be held responsible for the item until it is signed for at Sia Taylor Ltd.

Please note: bespoke, made to order and altered pieces, made in non-standard sizes and metals are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative style, please contact us at hello@siataylor.com within 14 working days of receiving your order.

Please note that bespoke pieces, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request cannot be exchanged or returned.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at hello@siataylor.com or +44 1749 899 034. 

Please note, that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the shipment. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days in which to contact us and cancel your order, then a further 14 days to return the item to us as outlined in ‘Returns’, above.

Please note that orders for bespoke pieces, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@siataylor.com.

We will endeavor to repair faulty items or offer a replacement. In the rare case that this is not possible, we will refund your order in full.

Each piece of Sia Taylor jewellery is meticulously crafted by hand, so small variations can be expected – this is part of the beauty of the jewellery.

Every effort has been made to show a true likeness and accuracy of colour of the products that appear on siataylor.com.

All Sia Taylor jewellery is handcrafted in our Somerset studio, and we are happy to offer repairs should a piece ever need attention.

Manufacturing defects are covered for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to general wear and tear, and we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss that occurs.

Should a fault be identified as a manufacturing defect within the first 12 months, we will carry out any necessary repairs at no charge. If a piece shows signs of damage from everyday wear, improper care, or has been misshapen over time, repairs will be assessed and quoted on a case-by-case basis, regardless of age.

Please note that any work carried out on Sia Taylor jewellery by another jeweller will void the warranty.

Rings - Please ensure you know the correct ring size required when placing your order.

Please include a note at checkout if you wish to order in US / EU sizes.

Some of our rings can be resized to order - this will be charged at £50 plus any shipping fees. (Rings not available for resizing are clearly marked in the product description)

Finger sizes above a Q will incur additional cost that will be quoted, prior to purchase.

Necklaces & Bracelets - These are designed and made to our standard lengths, but if you require a specific length, please contact us at hello@siataylor.com and we will do our best to meet your needs. Length adjustments may incur additional costs that will be quoted prior to purchase.

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Orders will be processed at these prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling £GBP. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. We reserve the right to review our prices at any time.

The entire content of the Site, including all jewellery design, copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the name 'SIA TAYLOR', is the sole property of SIA TAYLOR LTD. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on the site, nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

We do not store financial information such as credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by an independent secure online payment service provider. We accept payment online by credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) via the secure payment provider, Stripe. Payment can also be made using PayPal.
