WEARING

While delicate in nature, our jewellery is designed for everyday wear. To help preserve its form and finish, we recommend removing pieces during exercise, swimming, bathing and sleep, and taking particular care when wearing scarves or heavier fabrics that may catch on fine elements.

Rings should be removed during heavy lifting or manual work to help prevent bending or misshaping.

Some pieces feature a soft matte finish, while others are highly polished. Over time, these surfaces will naturally evolve through wear, creating a patina and unique surface – becoming personal to its wearer and the life lived around it.

STORING

When not being worn, necklaces should be fastened to help prevent tangling. Pieces with delicate elements are best stored flat in their box or pouch, or hung carefully on a jewellery stand.

We recommend storing each piece separately to avoid tangling or scratching.

CLEANING

Gold jewellery requires very little maintenance, though we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, creams and oils where possible to preserve its lustre.

Silver pieces may naturally oxidise over time and can be gently cleaned using warm soapy water and a soft brush. A paste of bicarbonate of soda and water can also be used carefully on silver surfaces if needed.

All jewellery can be cleaned gently using warm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush. Should your piece require more detailed cleaning or repair, we are always happy to assist from our studio. Please contact us for further guidance.
